RETURNS...

 

There is a standard 7 Day Return Policy that applies to almost all of our goods that are purchased online.

 

This policy is in line with Distance Selling Regulations and protects you as a buyer when purchasing online. It means that you are entitled to send your goods back within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund. Please note that if you wish to return your goods under this policy, you will be responsible for the recorded return of the goods. We do not refund postage costs.

 

Some of our goods that are classed as retail returns are excluded from this policy on the basis that they are returns and their current condition is unknown and therefore you are choosing to purchase at your own risk.

DAMAGED GOODS...

 

If you receive goods that you believe are damaged, you need to clearly make a note of this when signing for your delivery. We must be notified of this damage within 24 hours of you receiving the goods. You can contact us via phone on 01858-289333 or in writing at info@jpstradingservices.co.uk. If you decide to contact us via phone - you will also be required to send an official notice of damaged goods via e-mail.

 

The safe shipment of returned goods is your responsibility and you may be deemed liable if damage occurs during the return of the goods.

 

 

 

 

REFUNDS...

 

Payments will be refunded once the relevant goods have been received back and been processed. We can only refund you in the payment method that you originally paid with (I.E - PayPal).
